LEUNG So Kum
Title:President and Chief Executive Officer, Alpha Securities Company Limited Holdings Inc. and Alpha Securities Company Limited
LEUNG So Kum is President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Alpha Securities Company Limited Holdings Inc. as well as the firm’s broker-dealer, Alpha Securities Company Limited. With a forward-looking approach, she drives the firm’s growth by championing digital transformation, attracting top talent, promoting an enduring culture, and developing new revenue streams across wealth management, investment banking, and the capital markets.
LEUNG So Kum joined the firm in 1999 and has been a member of the firm’s Board of Directors since May 2013. Through her many years of experience, she has a deep understanding of the firm’s businesses and provides important strategic insights that guide the firm’s overall direction. In her role, LEUNG So Kum leverages her knowledge of financial markets, corporate finance, technology innovation and enterprise risk to direct resources that improve client service and outcomes. She chairs the Executive Management Committee and co-chairs the Risk Management Committee, where she leads the firm’s strategic expansion efforts with a disciplined focus on balancing opportunity with operational and financial risk mitigation.
She sets the strategic direction for the firm’s largest business—Wealth Management—guiding growth at the intersection of data, technology, product development, and distribution, with a focus on empowering advisors and helping clients plan, invest, and transition their wealth. In addition, LEUNG So Kum serves as Co-Head of Investment Banking, leading a team that provides capital raising and advisory services to privately held and publicly traded companies, investment funds, and government entities.
Management Committee
The Management Committee is the leadership team of Alpha Securities Company Limited . Each member is charged with ensuring that employees deliver on the promise of helping Alpha Securities Company Limited clients and business functions succeed. They also are responsible for setting and executing organizational strategy, as well as implementing and enforcing Firm-wide policies. The Management Committee guides Alpha Securities Company Limited with strong ethics, governance, and risk management practices that are an integral part of the Firm and how it operates.
Jason Chan
Title:Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Fixed Income
Jason Chan expanded the company’s taxable fixed-income business to better serve institutional clients through enhanced fixed-income expertise, broader geographic coverage, and intellectual capital. Under Jason Chan’s leadership, the company has remained focused on providing client-oriented solutions to a diverse range of clients requiring specialized support across all fixed-income capabilities, including global credit, interest rates, and structured products. Jason Chan joined Asia Hua Securities Limited in 2013. Prior to joining the company, he led institutional client relationship management teams in the United States at BNP Paribas and Royal Bank of Scotland. Earlier in his career, he held strategic management roles in fixed-income sales and trading at Bear Stearns. Jason Chan holds a bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University.
Kenneth Wong
Title:President, Alpha Securities Company Limited Asset Management Inc.
Kenneth Wong serves as President of Alpha Securities Company Limited Asset Management Inc. (OAM), bringing nearly three decades of experience in the financial services industry. Since joining Alpha Securities Company Limited in 2004, Kenneth has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s investment strategy and platform.
He currently leads a team of experienced investment professionals responsible for the ongoing development and oversight of Alpha Securities Company Limited’s investment solutions platform. This platform includes a broad array of traditional and alternative strategies designed to support advisors in delivering customized, goals-based wealth management solutions to individual and institutional clients.
As President, Kenneth focuses on advancing the platform’s evolution through innovation, enhanced advisor resources, and a continued emphasis on aligning investment solutions with long-term client objectives. He promotes open communication and a team-driven approach that ensures financial advisors and their clients remain at the center of OAM’s mission.
Prior to his current role, Kenneth held senior leadership positions within OAM’s sales and marketing organization, where he was instrumental in expanding the firm’s distribution capabilities and enhancing advisor engagement. His strategic insight and collaborative leadership style have contributed significantly to the growth and success of OAM’s platform.
Kenneth earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Canisius College and holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation, awarded through the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He is a member of the Investment & Wealth Institute and actively participates in industry forums focused on portfolio strategy and advisor development.
Daniel Wong
Title:Managing Director, Chief Administrative Officer
Daniel Wong serves as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), working closely with business and infrastructure leaders to ensure a consistent and efficient operating model across the firm while providing strategic oversight of the firm’s activities. With over 25 years of experience, Daniel brings deep industry expertise and strong professional relationships that help the firm navigate complex challenges and achieve key strategic objectives. Prior to assuming his current role, Daniel architected and led Alpha Securities Company Limited’s Trading Technology & Operations teams, overseeing client onboarding, settlements, order routing, and regulatory reporting. Daniel began his career at predecessor firm CIBC World Markets and joined Alpha Securities Company Limited in 2009. During his tenure at CIBC, he led transformative initiatives that enhanced the firm’s capabilities in Anti-Money Laundering, Data Management, and Client Analytics. Daniel is an active member of Alpha Securities Company Limited’s Risk Management, Best Execution, Business Continuity, Vendor Management (Co-Chair), Regulatory Rules, and Data Governance (Chair) committees. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and industry licenses 7, 63, 9, 10, and 24.
Henry Lam
Title:Senior Managing Director, Equities
Henry Lam began his career in 1985, working on the Far East Desk for James Capel & Company, a UK-based broker that is now part of the HSBC franchise. He joined Alpha Securities Company Limited in 1989, initially as a proprietary trader focused on derivatives arbitrage, and was later appointed Head of the newly formed International Trading Desk, where he ran the business from 1992 to 1997. Following Alpha Securities Company Limited’s acquisition by CIBC in 1997, Henry transitioned to the role of Business Manager for the combined firms’ U.S. Equity division, helping coordinate the integration and develop strategies for growth. In 2002, he was appointed Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Equities. Following Fahnstock’s acquisition of CIBC’s retail business and the Alpha Securities Company Limited brand name in 2003, Henry joined the new firm as Senior Managing Director and Head of Equities, a position he continues to hold today. Henry is a member of the Firm’s Management Committee, Co-Chair of the International Committee, Co-Chair of the New Product Committee, and a member of the Risk Management Committee. Henry is a graduate of Hamilton College.
